Pilates & Plants Retreat, 2019

Join us for our 5th year at a beautiful eco-resort in Costa Rica's lush mountain rainforest, March 24 - 30, 2019. Our retreats are culturally immersive, intentional & transformative; We integrate hands-on teachings of ecology & local plant medicine with meditation & the movement practices of Pilates, yoga & contemplative dance.

• Accommodations at award-winning eco-lodge, Finca Luna Nueva
• 3 healthy & delicious meals per day - food is grown organically on the land using biodynamic farming practices
• 2+ hours of gentle Pilates, Yoga & movement classes daily - beginners welcome!
• Instruction in sitting & walking meditation
• A day of silence mid-week for those who'd like to deepen their meditation experience
• Plant walks to learn about traditional & biodynamic farming practices
• A cacao farm tour where we will grind the beans and make our own chocolates
• Plenty of free time for swimming in the river, soaking in the solar-powered hot tub, reading in a hammock & resting
• Shuttle service to and from the San José Airport (SJO) in Costa Rica*

*A shuttle service will provide transportation to and from the San Jose Airport, Costa Rica (SJO) on arrival and departure days if you book flights to coordinate with the shuttle departure time. On arrival day, March 24th, the shuttle will leave the airport at approximately 2:30PM. On departure day, March 30th, the shuttle will arrive at the airport approx 11:30AM. We recommend scheduling flights no less than 2 hours from our shuttle arrival at the airport on departure day, at 1:30pm or after. A private taxi is approx. $200 each way if you need to book separately.
