At Six Petals Retreats, our intention is to help you connect to your center. We share practices that we hope will inspire you in living a healthy and vibrant life.
On retreat, our team guides you in establishing Core Nourishment, with these pillars supporting us: ∆ Daily Pilates: you will connect to your core and strengthen from head to toe, enjoyably! You'll establish a sustainable physical practice that you can take home with you to keep cultivating, if you wish. ∆ Mindfulness Practices: we'll explore sitting and walking meditation, pranayama, and yoga asanas. You'll be invited into a deep internal awareness, grounding yourself in presence and opening yourself to possibility. ∆ Knowledge of plants and herbs: as well as foraging and fermentation workshops, you'll enhance your understanding of nutrition and the microbiome, or gut-flora. We'll meet you on the mat! - Téana |
