For one inspiring week this summer give yourself the healing gift of a retreat on gorgeous Cortes Island, where you will reconnect with nature and establish healthy routines that will have a lasting impact on your life. Located just off the west coast of Canada, this secluded gem is accessible by ferry or float plane from Seattle and Vancouver, and is unlike anywhere you've ever been before. Your facilitators are Pilates teacher and herbalist Téana David with special guest yoga and Pilates teacher Meghan Aris. Nourish on retreat, flourish in life! Your adventure includes:
